Here‘s how you can protect yourself and your skin. Make sure you apply coconut oil an hour before you leave the house and apply sunscreen before the session. Make sure you apply sunscreen 30 minutes before they use the uv lights to cure your nails.

You can only get your nails done on special occasion to lessen the exposure.

You can wear dark gloves with only the nails exposed.
